Fees & Payment

• I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal, PPO plans, and some HMO plans, as well Cigna Behavioral Health.

• For all other insurance plans, I am considered an "out of network provider" and depending on your plan, you may be eligible for possible reimbursement for a portion of the cost of therapy fees. We can explore this together if you'd like.

• All fees for therapeutic services are due at the time of each session and may be paid either in cash, by personal check, or through your Visa or Mastercard.

• Please be aware that reimbursement from your health plan is not guaranteed and requires a diagnostic statement that will remain on your permanent insurance record. Whether or not you choose to submit paperwork to your health insurance plan for possible reimbursement, payment of all fees for therapeutic services rendered is due at the time of your session unless other financial arrangements have been made in advance.
